Warranty Conditions for REDANT Pet Beds
The REDANT brand is built on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. That is why we provide an extended 5-year warranty, which goes beyond the legally required period. This warranty applies to selected product features under the conditions specified below.
What the 5-Year Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to the entire bed, including the inner cushions, specifically:
• Color fastness of the material – protection against fading or discoloration of the fabric during normal indoor use.
• Color fastness after washing – guarantee of color retention when the recommended care instructions are followed.
• Stitch strength and sewing quality – covers all seams, including those on the inner fillings.
• Resistance to excessive wear – protection against loss of shape or flattening of the material or fillings.
Conditions for Applying the 5-Year Warranty
• The customer must register their product within 30 days of purchase on the official brand portal: https://www.redant.sk/customer/registration
• A proof of purchase must be presented when making a warranty claim.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
• Mechanical damage caused by the animal, for example:
- chewing through the fabric or filling,
- tearing with claws,
- damage from scratching or pulling.
• Normal wear and tear of the material resulting from use, which naturally occurs over time and does not affect the product’s functionality.
• Damage caused by improper use, unsuitable maintenance, washing outside the recommended instructions, or use in inappropriate environments (e.g., outdoors).
Voluntary Registration – Added Benefit
The provided 5-year warranty is a voluntarily extended benefit for customers who register. If the customer does not wish to take advantage of this extended warranty, the standard warranty terms under applicable law apply, i.e., a warranty period of 2 years.
Post-Warranty Repair and Care
Even customers who:
• did not register the product,
• did not meet the extended warranty conditions,
• or damaged the product through improper use,
still have the option to request post-warranty repair directly from the manufacturer. Each repair request will be individually discussed with the customer, and after the warranty period has expired, the repair will be subject to a fee – the amount depends on the extent of the damage and the complexity of the repair.
Final Provisions
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first owner of the product. The manufacturer reserves the right to individually assess each claim. In the case of a justified claim, the product may be repaired, replaced, or compensated, at the manufacturer’s discretion.
