How to shop?

Shopping in our e-shop is quick and easy. Follow this guide:

1. Choose your product

   Browse our offer via the menu or search. On the product detail page, select size, colour or other options and click “Add to cart”.

   Tip for choosing the right bed size or other product:

   • The product description includes a size chart and recommendations by your pet’s weight or breed.
   • Measure your dog’s or cat’s length and height in their natural sleeping position.
   • Add at least 10–15 cm to the measured length so your pet has enough space.
   • If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for extra comfort.

2. Shopping cart

   In the top-right corner you’ll find the cart icon where you can review selected items. Here you can change quantities, remove items, or click “Proceed to checkout”.

3. Using a discount coupon

   Below the cart item list, find the “Discount coupon” field. Enter your code and click “Apply”.

   The discount will be deducted automatically from the order total and the new price will be shown in the cart.

   Note: Each coupon has its own terms (e.g., minimum order value, expiry date, or one-time use). These terms are stated with the coupon.

4. Shipping & payment

   Next, choose your shipping method (courier, Packeta pick-up point, personal pickup) and payment method (online via GoPay, bank transfer, cash on delivery). Cash on delivery fee is €1.50.

5. Delivery details

   Enter your contact and delivery details accurately and completely. All order updates and the electronic invoice will be sent to your e-mail.

6. Place your order

   Review your order summary and click “Place order”. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

7. Delivery

   In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. After dispatch you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
