Returns
If the product does not suit you, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from delivery. After withdrawal, we will return the mutual performance – you send the goods back to us, and we refund your money.
How to proceed (4 simple steps)
Fill out the return form
Download and complete the “Return form / Withdrawal from contract”.
Print the form, sign it, and include it in the package.
→ Important: Provide your IBAN for the refund and double-check it carefully. Pack the goods securely
Pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport. Include all accessories and documents (e.g. a copy of the invoice). Send the package to our address (return shipping costs are paid by the customer)

We will refund your money within 14 days from receiving the goods at our address, exclusively to the bank account (IBAN provided in the form). We will also reimburse the basic cost of the original delivery in accordance with the law (this does not apply to premium delivery services). Gifts and discounts tied to the purchase
If a gift, discount coupon, or other benefit was provided with the order, the customer is obliged to return these together with the goods.
If the gift or benefit is not returned, the seller is entitled to proportionally reduce the refunded amount by the value of the gift or discount.
Important conditions
14-day period for withdrawal starts on the day of delivery.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Reduction in value: In case of excessive use or damage, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refunded amount.
Condition of returned goods (acceptance conditions)
Try as in a store – you may try the product, but not use it regularly.
Cleanliness and hygiene – must be clean, dry, free of stains, odor, and pet hair; do not wash or perfume.
Undamaged condition – no tears, scratches, scuffs, or deformation.
Leather products: no creams/impregnation or modifications.
Complete accessories and packaging – return all parts (fillings, covers, straps, promotional gifts, manuals).
Protect the original packaging with an outer box; do not write directly on the original box.
Customized products – items made to order generally cannot be returned.
Safe packaging – sturdy box, filling, moisture protection.
Include a completed and signed form, a copy of the purchase document, and a verified IBAN.
Examples of what we do not accept: dirty/washed/scented pet bed, products with pet traces, leather treated with creams or scratched, missing parts, package sent only in the original box without outer protection.
If the goods are returned in a condition exceeding normal inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
