Shipping methods

• Courier service – delivery to your address on business days.
• Packeta pick-up point / Z-BOX – delivery to a collection point or locker.
• Personal pickup – Rimavská Sobota.

Shipping rates & handling

• Orders up to €70 – handling fee €5.90
• Orders over €70 – handling fee free (for SK and CZ)
• Delivery via Packeta – handling fee €3.80

Payment methods

• Online payment via GoPay – fast card payment or online banking.
• Bank transfer – IBAN: SK87 1100 0000 0029 2483 7707, variable symbol: order number.
• Cash on delivery – payable upon delivery, extra fee €1.50.

Invoices are sent exclusively by e-mail to the customer.

Delivery times

• In-stock items – dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt.
• If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer with an estimated delivery date.
• On receipt, we recommend checking the package and number of parcels; report any discrepancies immediately.
